Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact us at info@saylk.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, please return the item and place a new order.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
